Dulse with Broccoli Rabe and Garlic

Serves: 4 people
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Utensils: Skillet

Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli rabe rinsed and finely sliced
1 small onion sliced into half moons
1-2 cloves garlic cut into quarters
1/2 cup dried dulse rinsed and finely sliced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Slivered, toasted almonds for garnish

Preparation:

Place the oil, onions, garlic and salt in a skillet. Sauté on a high flame for about 1-2 minutes.

Add the broccoli rabe and continue to sauté for a further 2 minutes.

Add the dulse and mix through the vegetables.

Serve garnished with slivered, toasted almonds.
