Sautéed Broccoli with Lemon Recipe A light, uplifting and refreshing way to serve broccoli or other greens, perfect for lively, spring weather. Ingredients: Utensils: Skillet with lid Preparation: Warm a skillet on a medium flame. Add the olive oil and turn the flame to high. Add the broccoli and sea salt. Sauté the broccoli until they are coated in oil. About 1-2 minutes. Add the water and cover with a lid. Steam for another 2 minutes. Remove the lid and add the lemon juice. Mix gently and serve. |
