Lots of sweet vegetables and sesame oil give the millet a rich, deeply satisfying flavor. There is plenty left to make yummy squares for lunch the next day too. Serves: 4 people Ingredients:1 cup millet washed Preparation:Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion. Saute for about 2 minutes. Add the millet and continue to saute for another 3 minutes. |
